1. Introduction

The present terms and conditions govern access and use of the technological service that CÓNDOR OTC S.A. (“CÓNDOR”) provides to users to connect with infrastructure operated by Bridge Ventures Inc. (“Bridge”).

CÓNDOR acts exclusively as a technological integrator and referrer of such service, providing no financial or intermediation services whatsoever.

Acceptance of these Terms implies understanding that all buying/selling, conversion, custody, transfer, or digital asset processing will be provided directly and exclusively by Bridge under its sole responsibility and according to its own legal terms available at: https://www.bridge.xyz/legal

2. Role of CÓNDOR

CÓNDOR operates as a technological integrator, facilitating access to a third-party platform (Bridge) that permits users to operate with digital assets.

In this capacity, CÓNDOR:

  • Does not process or execute transactions
  • Does not hold or manage funds, assets, or private keys
  • Does not provide exchange, transfer, holding, or custody services for digital assets or money
  • Does not assume responsibility for investment decisions, risk, or market behavior

All financial operations are performed directly by Bridge, a U.S.-based company properly registered and regulated in its operating jurisdictions.

3. Relationship with Bridge

Users must register and accept Bridge's terms of use, privacy policies, and other legal documentation to use the service.

Bridge bears sole responsibility for account creation and management, identity verification, transaction execution, fund administration, risk management, complaint handling, and all platform-related matters.

CÓNDOR has no control over or involvement in Bridge's internal processes, conditions, commissions, limits, or policies.

4. Limitation of Liability

Users expressly acknowledge that:

  • CÓNDOR neither guarantees nor represents the quality, availability, continuity, or results of Bridge's service
  • All platform operations occur under user and Bridge responsibility
  • Claims, disputes, or incidents must be directed to Bridge
  • CÓNDOR bears no responsibility for financial losses, interruptions, technical errors, data loss, system failures, unauthorized access, or any damage arising from Bridge's service

5. Intellectual Property

Trademarks, logos, interfaces, and related materials belong to their respective owners. Platform access grants no rights to CÓNDOR's or Bridge's intellectual property.

6. Privacy and Personal Data

CÓNDOR may share necessary personal data with Bridge to facilitate platform access and meet legal obligations.

Data processing is governed by CÓNDOR's Privacy Policy and Bridge's Privacy Policy.

7. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by Argentine law. All CÓNDOR-related disputes fall under exclusive jurisdiction of ordinary courts in Buenos Aires.

8. Modifications

CÓNDOR reserves the right to modify these Terms anytime. Changes will be published on CÓNDOR's website. Continued service use following modifications constitutes full acceptance of new terms.

Este registro es a los fines del control como Sujeto Obligado ante la Unidad de Información Financiera (UIF) y de todo otro ente regulador facultado a tal efecto, en el marco de sus competencias, y no implica licencia ni supervisión por parte de la COMISIÓN NACIONAL DE VALORES sobre la actividad realizada por el PSAV.
